I don’t know if it’s because festival season is upon us, or because 70s style is so rampant these days, but I’m embracing boho, like ya read about. I normally can’t stand “festival style” (it always felt so costume-y, and inauthentic to me?), but since the 70s have slowly inched their way into my wardrobe this past year, and I’ve seemed to embrace my inner flower child, festival garb doesn’t seem so ridiculous to me this year…. Or maybe I’m just becoming ridiculous?
Anyway, if you’re festival-happy, 70s-loving, flower-power all the way, ridiculous, or just plain normal, I think you’ll want to live in lovely, boho-y swing dresses all spring and summer long. They’re just so swishy, breezy, and comfy! The one I’m wearing is a little older, so it’s no longer available, but I shopped a bunch of breezy options for you, below, today…
Swing Dress: Anthropologie (old – similar) | Denim Jacket: Gap (similar) | Boots: BCBGeneration | Sunnies: Madewell | Mini Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Horseshoe Necklace: Gorjois | Cheek + Lip Stick: Albeit x Anthropologie in “Bare Rose”
Happy swishing!
